I built this shop in 2015. It is 20’x50′ or 1000 Sqft. With the exception of the foundation and dry wall, I built it by myself. I did have the help of an electrician to do the main electrical as well as a few friends help with the roof. Its fully permitted and I did all the drawings needed for the permit process.
